For Shopify SEO, AEO and GEO agencies
Deliver AEO and GEO across your client stores.
Mr. AEO audits each client's Shopify catalog for Google and AI search, then writes the fixes your team approves: titles, meta descriptions, alt text, Product Q&A, structured data and llms.txt. Reports and client emails carry your agency's brand.

Who it's for
Shopify SEO agencies
When clients ask how they show up in ChatGPT and Google's AI answers, add an AEO and GEO line without hiring a new team for it.
Agencies already selling AEO and GEO
You already deliver catalog, schema and FAQ work for clients. Move the repeat drafting into one app and keep your people on strategy.
Shopify build and Plus partners
You build and run client stores. Offer search upkeep after launch, with every change approved and easy to undo.
The work behind AEO doesn't scale by hand
On Shopify, most AEO and GEO work is catalog work: product titles and descriptions, image alt text, FAQ content, Product structured data and store policies. Agencies run it today through bulk edits and imports, store by store. Mr. AEO drafts that work from each store's own data, queues it for your team to review, and keeps it current as products are added.
Tracking alone takes time. One Shopify agency's published guide puts a manual AI visibility check at 60 to 90 minutes per store each month. Source: Shero Commerce guide to tracking AI visibility
Ecommerce brands already pay for this work: First Page Sage puts the median monthly price for ecommerce GEO work at $5,310. Source: First Page Sage GEO and AEO pricing statistics
What Mr. AEO does in each client store
It goes past a visibility report. It writes the fix and publishes it once someone approves it.
Catalog audit
Reads every product and collection against the fields Shopify says its AI channels consider. With Search Console connected, gaps are ranked by the search traffic at stake.
Titles and meta descriptions
SEO titles and meta descriptions for products and collections, written from the store's own data.
Alt text
Image alt text that says what each photo shows, for AI tools and screen readers.
Product Q&A
Shopper questions and answers saved to each product as an FAQ field, plus question and answer pairs for Shopify's Knowledge Base app.
Structured data
Adds Product structured data (price, stock, brand, barcode) through a theme app embed the store switches on. If the theme or another app already outputs Product data, Mr. AEO detects it, doesn't add a second block, and flags missing fields. It never edits theme code.
llms.txt
Builds an llms.txt file, a plain summary of the catalog that some AI tools read, and serves only the approved version. It's a small extra, not a main lever.
Native product fields
Shopify product category, product type, tags, variant option names and barcodes the merchant supplies. Barcodes are validated and never invented.
Review, schedule, undo
Bulk review, scheduled publishing, a pause switch for sales, and undo on every change.
AI answer tracking
On Growth, weekly samples of how ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude answer the questions you choose, asked through each provider's API. API answers can differ from what shoppers see. Google AI Overviews and AI Mode are not measured.

How it works with client stores
Mr. AEO runs inside each client's own Shopify store. Your team does the work, and the client keeps the final say.
Each client store installs Mr. AEO
It's a Shopify app, so it works store by store. Mr. AEO is in beta and not yet on the Shopify App Store, so we set up access with you.
Your team works as staff or collaborators
Use the staff or collaborator access each client gives you in Shopify. Every change shows who approved it.
The client stays in control
Nothing changes until it's approved, and every change can be undone. Mr. AEO never edits theme code and never reads orders or customer data.
Pricing
Custom per-store pricing, set with each agency. Each client store's plan is billed through Shopify. Founding design partners get founding pricing, and we'll agree what's involved on the first call.
Store owner plans (Free, Pro at $29.99 a month and Growth at $89 a month, per store) are on the homepage.

Agency questions
Is Mr. AEO a visibility tracker?
Tracking is part of it, but the main job is fixing. Mr. AEO writes catalog fixes (titles, meta descriptions, alt text, Product Q&A, structured data and llms.txt) and publishes them once someone approves them. On the Growth plan it also samples, every week, how ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude answer the questions you choose, through each provider's API. Google AI Overviews and AI Mode are not measured.
Will our clients see the Mr. AEO name?
Your deliverables carry your brand: client reports, the monthly email and exports can use your agency brand kit (early access). Inside their Shopify admin, the app is called Mr. AEO until the white-label app ships. That app is on the roadmap.
How do we work across many client stores?
Each client store installs the app, and your team works in each one through the staff or collaborator access the client gives you in Shopify. A console that shows all your client stores in one place is on the roadmap, shaped with our design partners.
How does it treat our client relationship?
Nothing changes in a client's store until it's approved, and every change can be undone from the change log. Approved product edits are saved in Shopify, so they stay if the app is removed. The structured data embed and llms.txt stop when it's removed. Mr. AEO never reads orders or customer data, and it doesn't market to your clients. On Growth, once emails are switched on, the monthly report email goes to the store owner's email under your agency name, with no Mr. AEO mention. Agency terms and a data processing agreement are part of the design partner conversation.
Where do the fixes come from?
From the client store's own data: product descriptions, variants, collections and policies. Each proposed fix shows what changes and why, and flags anything not found in the store's data, so your team can check it before it goes live.
Is it ready to use now?
Mr. AEO is in beta and not yet on the Shopify App Store. Agency mode and the agency brand kit are in early access for our first agency partners.
